Several young women I know are pregnant. Most of them are first time mothers, or single mothers, and they need everything. When I say everything I mean everything from car seats to baby blankets. One girl had a baby shower and got a lot that she needed, except an approved car seat for her baby. This was so frustrating for her to find a baby seat that fit the standards. She finally found one online thank goodness and is now a first time Mommy to a beautiful baby girl. She also paid less for it to online. I think that I might take a page out of her book in the future and begin a shopping list and look online and all competitors before settling on the first one I see. Lesson learned. Children are expensive, but they don’t have to break your wallet!

One thing I can not stand is waiting until the last minute for presents for my family. I don’t have a lot of money, and with several young nieces and a God daughter, I want to get them constructive playthings that will help them learn and grow as young children. Thanks to Become.com I have a one stop shop for all of my shopping needs. From things as small as bouncy balls  to automotive and everything in between, at competitive prices. I can browse now and price things as I go to figure out what would be best for everyone in the family. It’s a win-win for me and anyone else that uses this website.

I know its only August, but hey, I’m also a full time college student, and have a pretty full plate with the projects I do. So its better to plan ahead, then get stuck on Black Friday shopping with the masses!
